Many people dream of owning a supercar. There's something exciting about turning for an event and everyone staring at you because you've stepped out of Lamborghini or a Ferrari.

Regardless of how many times we see those cars, we still can't help but look at them every single time they cruise by us.

For those who want something in this world, where there’s a will, there’s a way. According to Performance Drive, Chen Yanxi built a supercar when he was 27 years old in 2015.

The costs involved to produce this car cost Yanxi only $5,000. That's amazing. He should proud of his effort.

2. VAYDOR

If you've seen the movie Suicide Squad, then you'll recognize the Vaydor since it was The Joker's car of choice. Under the fancy kit lies an Infiniti G35.

The car looks absolutely splendid. Much like a Lamborghini, it seems that audacious colors such as purple fit the Vaydor. The owner built this car from scratch.

3. FORMULA

It's amazing as to what human beings can accomplish when they put their minds to it. Two brothers decided that they wanted to have a Formula car and built it.

Just based on that alone, they deserve a tremendous amount of respect. Their invention looks like a real Formula car. Well done.

4. STERLING NOVA

Just look at this beauty. Not only does it have unique doors, but the entire shape of the car is marvelous.

This is one of those cars that one can picture a spy behind the wheel of in a movie with a beautiful woman by his side. Even the color of the car and the rims are absolutely spectacular.

5.MCLAREN F1

Why bother spending an arm and a leg on a McLaren F1 when you can just build one yourself at home? Okay, maybe not everyone can do it, but Jace Mazur can.

According to Daily Mail, Mazur built the replica McLaren F1 for twenty thousand pounds. He also built a replica Porsche and Lamborghini.

If you were interested in the name of this car, it's called the Filandi Ever S.

Mercedes fans might've questioned the origin of this car. Well, they would be right to do so, as the Ever S actually uses a Mercedes Benz engine, but the body has a lot of makeup and modifications. It still looks awesome.

Whenyou've got as much money as Jay Leno does, you can have just about any vehicle you desire. Along with General Motors, Leno built the Ecojet car.

Under the bonnet was a 650-horsepower Turbine engine that could propel the car to reach 160 mph, according to Motor 1.


8. MEGA WHEELS

If you want your ride to go faster, it seems that you should extend it so that you can fit a big engine under the hood. With the extension, you'll have to add additional wheels as well. The person who made this car added an extra four tires to make this supercar an eight-wheeler. You don't see this every day.

Who on Earth would want to build a car that looks like this? The answer is a man who wanted to travel fast. Who can blame him for that? The car was so ridiculously fast that he called it Insanity.

According to Carmag, Insanity took twelve years to complete and cost around $90,000. The top speed is estimated at around 400mph.

10. LAMBORGHINI

Ever thought about owning a Lamborghini? Well, it's possible. This picture proves that you don't have to go to a Lambo dealership and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to have one.

So the performance probably won't be like an original Lamborghini, but the design is still commendable.
